every one and then you stumble onto a Gem. Buzzard uses MGP re-barreled in custom ISC barrels using a toast profile that’s proprietary to them. The are identified with “BZ-X” where “x” denoted the flavor profile they are going for. All the secondary aging happens at Bardstown Rick Houses for that Kentucky aging you can’t get at MGP
This was probably the most underrated pick I’ve done with the highest “OH, Man I should have gotten more” after it was tried….Buzzard’s Roost #2 is going to be even more epic as we did some unique never-done-before things with them
